Socially responsible entrepreneurship
Convident takes it a step further. Besides cool client projects and nice colleagues, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is very close to our hearts. We support social projects annually and have our own Convident Foundation! Each year, the Convident Foundation selects a project with a charitable purpose that is extensively supported by our own employees. How?

Hoe is de (werk)sfeer bij Convident?
We werken bij Convident met een enthousiast team van 15+ medewerkers. Net zoals bij onze klanten hechten we veel waarde aan de relatie met onze medewerkers. Dit is terug te vinden in de vier kernwaarden van Convident. Hierdoor heerst er binnen Convident een informele sfeer en staan de deuren open. Zo kunnen onze medewerkers van de verschillende afdelingen nauw met elkaar samenwerken om een gebalanceerd product op te leveren. Daarnaast zorgen we er ook voor dat na werktijd er ruimte is om samen te ontspannen en leuke activiteiten te ondernemen. Zo dragen de bedrijfsuitjes en borrels op de vrijdagmiddag mee aan het Convident gevoel!
Hoe belangrijk vindt Convident de balans tussen werk en privé?
Bij Convident vinden we een gezonde werk-privébalans belangrijk. We willen dat je met plezier werkt, genoeg energie houdt en op een duurzame manier inzetbaar blijft.
Daarom maken we werkdruk en planning bespreekbaar. Merk je dat de balans niet goed voelt? Dan kun je dit altijd aangeven. Samen kijken we welke oplossing past, zodat je weer prettig en met focus kunt werken.
Is het mogelijk om (deels) thuis te werken?
Wij vinden het gezellig om collega’s te zien en spreken op kantoor. Als je de sfeer hebt geproefd, dan wil je dit zelf ook zeker niet missen! Het kan zijn dat het voor jou beter past om wel deels thuis te werken. Wij geven de voorkeur aan werken op kantoor, maar in overleg is er veel mogelijk. We gaan met elkaar in gesprek om te kijken naar de mogelijkheden. Hierbij houden we de work-life balance ook in het achterhoofd.
Ik ga werken bij Convident. Hoe ziet mijn eerste werkweek eruit?
Het is natuurlijk altijd wennen op een nieuwe werkplek. Tijdens de eerste weken bij Convident is begeleiding altijd mogelijk wanneer gewenst. Maandagochtend starten we altijd met een wekelijks gesprek, waarin we bespreken wat de komende week op de planning staat. Gedurende de week werk je met collega’s aan mooie projecten. Soms is dit binnen de afdeling waar je actief bent. Daarnaast dien je regelmatig met collega’s van andere afdelingen samen te werken om maatwerk voor de klanten van Convident te realiseren. Met lekker weer wordt van het half uurtje pauze genoten vanaf ons balkon, en bij kouder weer zitten we binnen met elkaar te lunchen. Aan het eind van de week wordt op vrijdag de week afgesloten met een gezellige borrel. En komt het zo eens voor dat de ene collega de andere uitdaagt voor een beladen en spannend potje FIFA of Formule1.
Kan ik bij Convident werken aan mijn persoonlijke ontwikkeling?
We geven iedereen de ruimte om te groeien op professioneel en persoonlijk vlak. We investeren in jou, onder meer via trainingen/cursussen en KPI-gesprekken. Bij Convident geloven we erin dat verschillende medewerkers, verschillende trainingen of cursussen behoeven ten aanzien van hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Daarom hebben wij geen uitgestippeld traject van trainingen of cursussen, maar bieden wij maatwerk voor de betreffende medewerker. Wanneer een medeweker behoefte heeft aan een training of cursus kan in overleg dus altijd iets gepast geregeld worden. Een mooi voorbeeld is een online marketeer van ons die graag de ins en outs van Google Tag Manager wilde beheersen. Hij gaf dit aan en via een partner van ons kon een uitgebreide training worden gerealiseerd. Zo investeren we samen in een betere en duurzame toekomst. Bovendien zijn er heel wat doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen Convident, ook dit maakt deel uit van onze focus op duurzame inzetbaarheid.
