Our customer portfolio is growing and so is the support and maintenance we provide for our customers. Performing maintenance packages, handling customer tickets, taking responsibility for our web servers and hosting, putting out internal support questions to colleagues and helping people when they have technical problems.
As technical WordPress support, in addition to your regular duties and responsibilities, you’ll have ideas for taking the support department and infrastructure to an (even) higher level. Every working day you start with the team with a day start. Together you discuss the progress of the various projects and which activities are planned. You consult with each other to find the best solutions. You take into account the wishes of the customer. You are responsible for solving support issues.
