Do you have knowledge of the WordPress platform, including themes, plugins, widgets and basic HTML/CSS skills? You are familiar with web technologies such as PHP, JavaScript, MySQL and have experience in solving technical problems that may arise when managing a WordPress website. As a support intern, it is important that you have good communication skills, both oral and written. You must be able to assist customers professionally, answer questions, solve problems and explain technical concepts in an understandable way. You will likely work with multiple clients at the same time and may receive different types of requests. The ability to multitask, set priorities and work effectively under pressure is essential. The world of WordPress is constantly evolving and new features, updates, or issues may arise. You must be flexible and willing to learn new skills and continually update your knowledge.
