Employee experience

Onboarding

Clients do not come first, employees come first. If you take care of your employees, they will take care of the clients. This is a sentiment in which Convident more than believes. That is why we do not solely invest in the well-being of our employees. We want our employees to be happy, which is important to find success as an organisation. Read on and find out how the onboarding process works at Convident.

Be our new colleague

We are Convident, which is synonymous with trust. We create digital solutions and we help organisations to get a step up. Letting enterprises, organisations and governmental institutions excel in the online space, is our mission. We have over 15 spirited colleagues, but we are searching for more. Are you the one to be added to our team? Because we must get to know each other in a short period of time. This is done through a well-organised process, which we appreciate at Convident. Do you want to know more about what we do, for whom and with whom?

More about Convident

Cannot wait to apply at Convident?

Step 1: Applying digitally

We are consistently searching for experts that can help our clients grow. Are you a potential Convident employee and are you excited for the new challenge ahead? Do not hesitate and contact our HR team! You want to work at Convident. Incredibly fun! We would like to know why and that starts with your CV and motivation letter or video. Attached to each of our vacancies are application forms, that you can fill in and send our way. This form we can then be read immediately and we will call you back within 24 hours.

Step 2: The First Meeting

We have received your details successfully and take your application seriously from the very start. Your Convident employee experience starts here! You will have your first application meeting either by phone or face to face at our office in Groningen. Brilliant! At the end of the conversation, you will hear the workings of the follow-up procedure.

Step 3: Second Meeting or Observational Day

How exciting! We have both perceived our first meeting as a positive one and you are coming for a second meeting. Our four eyes principle will be at work here, which mostly means that an additional person will be added to the conversation. Besides that, it is possible that after discussing you will shadow some colleagues for (half) a day in the department you will hopefully work. That is how you get a good image of your work and workspace and get to know your colleagues better.

Step 4: Contract and Terms

We are both incredibly happy about getting to work together, this means that you are ready for the last step! We are going to put some terms and agreements in order. When we reach a consensus, only then will your employee journey and this new career experience start. Congratulations!

Welcome on board!

Our Convident employee experience is the addition of experiences that you would have in any organisation, from start to finish. Convident like to invest in a positive employee experience, that create the following important advantages: the preservation of talent (instead of constantly investing in recruitment), being an agile organisation and being future-oriented.

We start by taking our employees and interns seriously. Who are you and what do you want to achieve in your life? At what point of their career is the employee? And what about tomorrow, in one year, or over 5 years? We offer a newly started employee a solid onboarding programme so they are up to date. Experienced employees are given more organisation-wide problems to solve, so they keep being challenged. But we also ask for feedback at all important moments that occur during your career at Convident. These important moments help to shape your employee journey. This is the journey that you will take as an employee at Convident. The employee experience and the onboarding process are documented as a work process and apply to every (new) employee at Convident.
