1: How did you experience the internship at Convident (in general)?
The internship was both fun and informative. I´ve learned a lot during this time and was a part of a great team of really nice people. I could get an insight on different parts from marketing and learn from the best. I could also be a part of cool events which I really enjoyed.
2. Were you well received by our colleagues (work atmosphere)?
At Convident everyone is so friendly, so I felt really welcome even though I don´t speak the language. The colleagues are always happy to help. Even though these people are real experts in the field, you feel like you are all on the same boat, which is really nice.
3. Would you recommend future interns to intern at Convident?
I definitely recommend to do your internship at Convident. Here, you can improve in anything that you want to and you will always be appreciated and encouraged.
4. What grade would you give your internship at Convident and why?
I would give Convident a 8.5. I was given a lot of freedom and creativity during my internship, as well as guidance and coaching. This way you can really quickly develop and find out what you like to do and what you are good at.
5. What will you take with you from Convident to the rest of your career?
I would say – always try new things and try to improve yourself, keep an open mind, ask questions and stay curious. It is important to stay organised, but also take some time for your creativity to run free.
