1: How did you experience the internship at Convident (general)?
I wrote my thesis for the entrepreneurship & retail management course at Convident. Rick and Rutger had a clear assignment, to write a 5-year business plan. I really liked the open door policy at Convident. This certainly contributed to the result. I contributed to the sales and account management of the organization and was able to achieve great results. In addition, I think there is a good atmosphere in the office!
2: Have you been well received by our colleagues (working atmosphere)?
Yes, I felt very comfortable in those 5 months that I was there (daily). Colleagues were quick to answer questions with questions and they took the time to explain things. The atmosphere was good and that was also noticeable during the team outings and Friday afternoon drinks.

3: Would you recommend future interns to do an internship at Convident?
I can wholeheartedly recommend Convident for future interns. Rick and Rutger give you a lot of freedom and treat you like a full-fledged colleague. In addition, I was well guided during the writing of the business plan.
4: What grade do you give your internship at Convident and why?
An 8. I was able to learn a lot and had a great time!
5: What will you take with you from Convident to the rest of your career?
I learned here that a smaller company suits me more than a large company. I think it’s nice to be an entrepreneur and if you can graduate at a small company, I find it interesting to see how different departments work together. This creates a total picture of a company.
