1: How did you experience the internship at Convident (general)?
I experienced my internship at Convident as challenging and educational. Despite the Corona crisis, I was given the tools I needed to have an enjoyable internship as a marketing and communications student!
2: Were you well received by our colleagues (work atmosphere)?
Yes. Everyone made me feel very welcome and time was spent on ‘team building’ by organizing an online introduction. In addition, there were always coffee mornings with colleagues which also made me feel very well received.
3: Would you recommend future interns to do an internship at Convident?
Oh absolutely! I myself have been very active with my thesis focused on the communication and social media channels of the company. In addition, I was able to do a (small) bit of collaboration, but the focus was mainly on the research. Besides my graduation project, I would also recommend students to do an internship at Convident, because they really invest in you and you are always treated as an equal on the work floor. Very valuable for a ‘safe’ start to your work experience.
4: What grade would you give your internship at Convident and why?
My grade for my internship is a 7. We got everything out of it! Of course it was unfortunate that Corona threw a bit of a spanner in the works, making the graduation experience different overall. But together we put a very positive spin on this and made the most of it.
5: What will you take away from Convident for the rest of your career?
For me, this period was also a taste of what work life will look like after college. In this way, I have been prepared for what lies ahead. I will gladly take the experiences I have gained into my future career!
