1: How did you experience working at Convident (general)?
I experience working at Convident as very positive. No two days are the same. My position as a support employee gives me fast communication lines with my other colleagues. Since I get to talk to different people, each with a different story and problem, I can gain a lot of knowledge. The nice working atmosphere makes working at Convident very successful.
2: Have you been well received by our colleagues (work atmosphere)?
I ended up in a warm bath. The atmosphere within the team is very nice. From day one I was included as part of the team and worked on cool client projects. Social drinks, fun work and great team outings have ensured that I enjoy going to work every day.
3: Would you recommend future employees to work at Convident?
I would without a doubt recommend future employees to come work at Convident. The combination of working in a team with all the same goals, but also your own development is highly valued. Also, the door is always open for a good conversation or a cup of coffee or tea.
4: What grade do you give your work at Convident and why?
From me, Convident gets a big 8.5. I am very happy with the opportunities Convident has offered me and still offers me. Besides that, the working atmosphere is very nice and the work is fun to do.
5: What will you take with you from Convident to the rest of your career?
At this moment I am not thinking of leaving Convident. Of course, I will take all substantive knowledge with me to the next company. In addition, sharing and receiving knowledge is an aspect that I will definitely take with me into the rest of my career.
