1: How did you experience the internship at Convident (generally)?
I experienced my internship at Convident as very fun and educational! During the entire internship I was able to take on various tasks in the field of HR, including drawing up a flight instruction and being allowed to attend various KPI conversations. During my internship I mainly focused on working out the work processes. As a result, I talked a lot with the employees and I got a good picture of all processes within Convident.
2: Have you been well received by our colleagues (working atmosphere)?
You enter Convident in an open and social working atmosphere. I was welcomed with open arms and I really felt part of the team. The doors are always open and you can contact anyone for questions or a quick chat. The Friday afternoon drinks are also very pleasant. This way you get to know your colleagues even better!
3: Would you recommend future interns to do an internship at Convident?
Yes, of course! At Convident you get a lot of freedom to orientate yourself in what you find interesting. With the professionals Convident knows, you can learn a lot in various areas. You will be well supervised during your internship. Thanks to the good guidance and the pleasant atmosphere, Convident offers you a great internship!
4: What grade do you give your internship at Convident and why?
I give Convident a big 8.5! The freedom to develop yourself further, to gain new knowledge and skills and the pleasant atmosphere makes an internship at Convident extremely fun and educational.
5: What will you take with you from Convident to the rest of your career?
Of course I take the knowledge and skills acquired with me, but also the cooperation and communication that the team has within Convident. A must have to have as an organization!
